Types of Tethering
There are three types of tethering exist on the devices.- USB Tethering
- Bluetooth Tethering
- Wi-Fi Tethering (or Wi-Fi hotspot)
What are the requirements having tethering in smart phones?
For having the USB & Bluetooth tethering, your smart phones must have installed any of the following OS.- Windows Mobile 6.5
- Windows Phones 7
- Android (Starting from version 2.2 Froyo)
- iOS 3.0 (or later)
- certain Windows Mobile 6.5 (like HTC HD2)
- Windows Phones 7 (varies by manufacturer and model)
- certain Android (Starting from version 2.2 Froyo)
- iOS 4.2.5 (or later)
