Blogger itself will be a hosting provider for you and you will get a sub domain as yourname.blogspot.com for free, just you need a Gmail account for starting a blog with Blogger. - If you have a Gmail account then proceed to further, otherwise create a new Gmail account. Now go to Blogger.com, and sign in with your existing Gmail account. You'll see CREATE YOUR BLOG option, anywhere after sign into Blogger. Click on it.
- When you clicked, a window will prompt up like the following preview,

- For writing your first post, click on New post at the top of the left sidebar.
write your title, content, tags (labels) as we have mentioned above via simple steps as numbers, and finally click on Publish. Now look at new post and you can share this post URL with your friends via social networks, such as Facebook, Google Plus.
